The pricing and packaging for the 2025 Mazda3 has recently been revealed! Alongside this, we are excited to announce that the hatchback models are now available in the base-level trim, the 2.5 S. The hatchback variant will be the first to arrive at dealerships, set for this summer, with the sedan version set to arrive in the fall.

The standard Mazda3 2.5 S models have a naturally aspirated Skyactiv-G 2.5-liter engine, delivering 191 horsepower and 186 lb-ft of torque on either regular or premium fuel. Depending on the chosen package, you can choose between a six-speed automatic transmission with manual shift mode or an available SkyActiv-MT six-speed manual. You’ll also get standard features like front-wheel drive (FWD), cylinder-deactivation tech, and G-Vectoring Control Plus.

Now, let’s look at the various options for the 2024 Mazda3.

MAZDA3 2.5 S

The base trim starts at an MSRP of $23,950 for the sedan and $24,950 for the hatchback. The vehicle comes equipped with a comprehensive suite of standard i-Activsense safety features, including Mazda Radar Cruise Control with stop-and-go function, Smart Brake Support, Lane Departure Warning, Lane-Keep Assist, Driver Attention Alert, High Beam Control, Blind Spot Monitoring, Rear Cross-Traffic Alert and Rear Seat Alert, helping you feel more comfortable on the road. You also get three years of complimentary Mazda Connected Services to monitor your vehicle on the MyMazda app. It also features an in-car Wi-Fi hotspot, available on a trial basis for three months or up to 2GB of data, whichever comes first.

The exterior features LED lighting for the automatic headlights, combination tail lights, and daytime running lights. Complementing these are the 16-inch aluminum alloy wheels with a sleek silver metallic finish. Sedan models boast a matte finish front grille, whereas a gloss black front grille distinguishes hatchbacks.

Inside the car, you’ll find an 8.8-inch center display featuring the latest Mazda Connect Infotainment system, complete with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity. Additional standard features include a push-button start, remote keyless illuminated entry, a rearview camera, dual front USB-C ports, Bluetooth, a six-speaker sound system, an electronic parking brake, and black cloth seats.

MAZDA3 2.5 S SELECT SPORT

Next, we have the Select Sport trim. This option offers the same features as the S option and more. Additional features include Mazda Advanced Keyless Entry, rain-sensing windshield wipers, dual-zone automatic climate control, a rear armrest with cup holders, and door mirror turn signals.

New to the Mazda3 is Alexa Built-in, which allows the driver to make hands-free commands such as adjusting the temperature, changing the radio station, and controlling their smart home devices from the vehicle.

Design enhancements include black leatherette seats, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, and shift knob, along with 18-inch black-finished aluminum alloy wheels complemented by matching heated mirrors.

This option starts at $24,690 for the sedan and $25,990 for the hatchback.

MAZDA3 2.5 S PREFERRED

The Preferred trim adds more features, including a power moonroof, black leatherette seats, heated front seats, and eight-way power driver seats with power lumbar support and seat memory. This packaging fits the car with body-colored side mirrors that feature LED turn signal indicators. The sedan rides on 18-inch wheels in a silver finish, while hatchback variants have wheels with a gray metallic finish. Sedan drivers also have the option of greige leatherette seats.

Preferred sedans start at $26,340 and hatchbacks at $27,690.

MAZDA3 2.5 S CARBON EDITION

When you select the Carbon Edition Mazda3, you’ll turn heads with Polymetal Gray paint on the exterior and red leather on the interior. It’s also fitted with 18-inch aluminum alloy wheels with a black finish and gloss black-heated door mirrors.

The Carbon Edition offers wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, Qi wireless phone charging, and standard i-Activ all-wheel drive (AWD). It starts at $29,410 for the sedan and $30,560 for the hatchback.

MAZDA3 2.5 S PREMIUM

The Premium package is available solely for the hatchback models and offers a Skyactiv-MT six-speed manual transmission. It starts at $30,650.

Additionally, it includes Bose 12-speaker premium audio with aluminum speaker grilles, SiriusXM satellite radio with a three-month trial, a full-color windshield-projected Active Driving Display, an Adaptive Front-lighting System, and Mazda Online Navigation, an elevated navigation feature that provides amplified route guidance with the ability for (OTA) updates.

The Premium features 18-inch aluminum alloy wheels with a sleek black finish, complemented by LED signature headlights and taillights. Additionally, leather seats are available in both black and red.

MAZDA3 2.5 CARBON TURBO

This packaging fits the models with a Skyactiv-G 2.5 Turbo engine, which provides 250 horsepower and 320 lb-ft of torque when using premium 93 octane fuel. They have i-Activ AWD as standard and use a six-speed automatic transmission.

The car is adorned with Zircon Sand Metallic exterior paint, 18-inch black metallic finish wheels, and gloss black door mirrors. Inside, there is terracotta leatherette. This model boasts a larger 10.25-inch infotainment display with touchscreen functionality when paired with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, offering wireless connectivity.

The sedan costs $32,100, while the hatchback costs $33,250.

MAZDA3 2.5 TURBO PREMIUM PLUS

We’re rounding things out with the final, most premium trim, the Turbo Premium Plus, starting at $35,800 for the sedan and $36,950 for the hatchback. It stuns aesthetically, featuring gloss black aerodynamics accents for both variants and a rear spoiler and front air dam. You can choose black or red leather seats for the hatchback and black or white for the sedan. The car also includes a Bose 12-speaker premium audio system, a frameless auto-dim rearview mirror with Homelink, and Mazda Online Navigation, and a 10.25-inch infotainment display with touchscreen functionality when paired to Apple CarPlay or Android Auto.

Technology enhancements include Traffic Jam Assist, 360° View Monitor with front and rear parking sensors, Smart Brake Support-Reverse and Smart Brake Support-Rear Crossing, Active Driving Display, Traffic Sign Recognition, and an Adaptive Front Lighting system.

The drivetrain for this packaging is AWD.
