My experience was alright. I will say I liked Andrew for the most part. I did not like how they didn’t fix the car I purchased fully because it was a “budget fix”. There is a very apparent knock on the left side as I drove off the lot. Thankfully their mechanic obviously saw and noted the issue in his report so I know what to fix. Ask for Jade. She’s smart, knowledgeable, and most importantly, FAST. I absolutely dread trading in cars because I don’t want to spend hours dealing with the process, but she made it completely seamless. We traded in our car and were in and out in no time. On top of that, the car is amazing and the safety ratings are off the charts.

Update 5/28/2026 - While I did have issues with the vehicle I originally purchased, I genuinely want to give credit to Jason, the store director, and David, the senior director, for how they handled everything afterward. They were kind, communicative, professional, and treated me with respect throughout the entire process of returning the car back, and getting my refund.
I really appreciated how understanding and helpful they were during the process - they made a stressful situation feel a lot less overwhelming and I really appreciated the care they showed.

Jade, Steven, and Bob(finance) were all great in being flexible with minimal pressure. The process from start to finish (from test drive to having the keys) was very manageable and everyone involved was a pleasure to work with. Not to mention I got a great deal on a slightly used CX-5!
We came in ready to buy and left before even doing a test drive. Lack of professionalism from our particular sales person was off-putting.
Eli was very helpful. We went in with the Mazda CX-5 or CX-30 in mind, but after going through our preferences and the options in stock, and a nice, reasonable test drive we ended up with the CX-50. It is super roomy and comfortable for our growing family. Bob in finance was also friendly, and some good humor on top.
We had a great experience buying a used vehicle that was actually in the reconditioning department. We were greeted politely and professionally by Faisel who treated us as a friend instead of a $$$. Overall, I highly recommend seeing the McDonald Mazda South showroom, low pressure sales reps (Louis is also very nice), and quiet environment vs other dealership competitors we visited that were noisy and chaotic. We had some issues with my wifes car after a recent service, after speaking with Ryan the service manager we brought the car in to have them look over the car and inspect the work done. They found that one of the tires was missbalanced due to a machine they replaced due to it having issues and they noticed the centering rings for the rims had failed. The cars speak for themselves. This location had a number of certified pre-owned cars that were priced competitively with the market. I had an amazing experience working with Andrew. There was absolutely no pressure, everything was transparent, and communication was great throughout the entire process. Andrew truly went above and beyond - he worked around my schedule, even came in on his day off, had the car fully detailed, and stayed late to make sure everything was completed smoothly. That level of dedication is rare and made the whole experience as easy as possible.

I have been a Mazda customer since 2013. I have a 2021 CX5 with over 200,000 miles and runs great. I have worked with Peyton (who is in the service department) for many years. Peyton knows exactly what I need done when I call to schedule an appointment, which is great so I do not need to explain anything. He is great at explaining the different recommendations and what should be done first. Every time I call, he is friendly and professional. Peyton goes above and beyond that it makes going to Mazda South easy.
