Mazda North American Operations (MNAO) Military Appreciation Incentive Program Rules are as follows:
Program Name: Military Appreciation Incentive Program

Program Period: February 1, 2012  May 28, 2012

Incentive: $500 bonus cash on the Purchase or Lease of the following carlines…

-11MY/12MY Mazda3 (includes MAZDASPEED3) 
-11MY/12MY/13MY Mazda6
-13MY CX-5
-11MY/12MY CX-7
-11MY/12MY CX-9
-11MY/12MY MX-5
-11MY/12MY MX-5 PRHT
 
 There is a limit of TWO (2) purchases per person per year for the Military Appreciation Incentive.
 

Eligible Customers:
 
People eligible for the Military Appreciation Incentive include Active Duty members, Reserves, and Veterans/Retirees within 180 days of separation or retirement of the U.S.:
Air Force
Army
Navy
Marines
National Guard
Coast Guard

- Family, including spouse and children, are not eligible

- Must be a resident of the United States

- The name on the RDR has to match the name on the contract or lease agreement


Proof of Eligibility:
One copy of each of the following documents is required for redemption and must be kept in the sales jacket.

The contract or buyers order must be attached

 Military identification or other documentation that clearly reflects active, reserve, veterans/retirees within 180 days status.
 

 Examples of other documentation include:

-Leave and Earnings Statement

-Delayed Entry/Enlistment (DEP) Form

-Veterans/Retiree “DD-214” Form

-A copy of the purchaser's current driver's license.

Ineligible Vehicles: This program does NOT include :

 -Paid off MY vehicles, F (Fleet), Insurance, Dealer Daily Rentals, Buy-Back Vehicles

 -Vehicles Intended For Export

- Brokered Units

 -C, L, and P Code Units

 -No Commercial Entities
 

Program Applicability:

Military Appreciation incentive can be combined with other public offers including but not limited to customer cash back, MCS lease and APR incentives/offers, as well as Owner Loyalty.

Military Appreciation Incentive Program cannot be combined with private incentives (excluding Owner Loyalty), including but not limited to: Chase Employee Bonus Programs , Regional Lease Retention Programs, Regional Conquest Programs Military Appreciation incentive has no cash value and must be applied within the purchase or lease structure, as a capital cost reduction.
 

 
Reporting Guidelines: 
 
1. The vehicle must be RDR’d correctly when entered through eMDCS RDR process by selecting this program in the Customer Special Program section.
 
2. Mail a copy of all required items below to Mazda Program Headquarters and keep a copy of all required documentation (Below) in the sales jacket.

3. The contract or buyers order must be attached.

4. A copy of the purchaser's current driver's license.

5. Military identification or Lease and Earnings Statement Military Bonus Cash
